The ornate gardens and grounds, designed by the famous landscape gardener Le Nôtre, are filled with water fountains, sculptures, pretty flower beds, and avenues of trees. They came to represent the "French style" which would be copied all over Europe. Your tour ends here in the King's garden, where you can explore more of the extensive grounds or exit with your guide.
