Please see a summary of the areas we covered during this half day trip.  Please understand that this is very flexible and the driver may adapt the itinerary based on your needs or preferences. You will start with a pick up at your hotel in Barcelona, 1h drive to Montserrat (Barcelona is 38 miles away from Montserrat) , 3 hours of self-guided tour through the spaces that make up the complex., return to Barcelona and be dropped off at your hotel.

The Museum of Montserrat

The Museum of Montserrat (MDM) is home to one of the country's most important art collections. Containing works by Caravaggio, El Greco, Rusiñol, Casas, Picasso, Dali, Monet and others, it also has a valuable collection of the Archaeology of the Ancient World with archaeological remains from the Near East (ancient Persia, Mesopotamia, Egypt, the Holy Land...).
